The morning cruise with Leps as our guide took us up close to three of the big five. Leps explained the animals behavior and made sure we got time to ask questions. The afternoon safari with Silvester showed us life away from the river edge. Silvester made sure that we got to see lions and giraffes as well as stopping and explaining other wildlife we spotted. Highly recommend both of these guides.VerifiedfreeXspirit2023-03-27Good day trip from Vic Falls…amazing wildlife Very well organized day trip to Chobe from Vic Falls. The hotel arranged our transfer from the Zimbabwe side, and Chobezi folks took it from the Zambia side. Got to see plenty of wildlife in this short duration. It was half on land, and half on the river, with lunch included in between. The river cruise was meh, but the land Safari was amazing. Plenty of elephants (large herds of elephants), hippos, crocs, impalas, and birds. Definitely worth the visit. Trip was well organized.VerifiedMichalis V2022-08-17Easy to see wild life Well organised, easy tour in Chobe National park. Elephants, Buffaloes, Hippos, Crocodiles, Giraffes and Lions is mainly what we so in two hours driving tour and two hours boat tour. Driver in car and boat polite and helpful. Overall, excellent but one star has to go for a single not functioning safety belt in the vehicle. Sorry.VerifiedSuzanne W2019-12-28Disappointing Day Trip We started off late on a river cruise seeing nothing but one baby croc..a couple of hippos followed by lunch and then afternoon game drive to see nothing but Impalas, few birds and common wild boar and baboon. Big 5 not...over promise and under-deliver. The guide was not interested in taking us into the forest to see explore. It was nothing but a waste of money traveling from Vic falls, crossing Botswana border including visa hassle. We asked the guide several times on our need to see some game. But he was demotivated and simply did not care. It was all a quick buck game drive. The day trip is a total waste of time and money as animals are usually active in the early hours of the morning and late evening. If one wants to see animals it's better to have a full day game drive which starts early. The rest is a waste and nothing but a marketing gimmick. Totally disappointed having travelled so far.VerifiedDeborah B2019-11-15Exceptional Guide Daniel was our guide on the drive through the park. He was an excellent driver and gave us a lot of information along the route about each animal. Thanks to his skill we were able to see two lion’s (honeymooners, as Daniel coined) mating and, astonishingly, a one-month old lion cub placed behind a tree by his mother while she went in search of food. Daniel’s concern for the vulnerablee cub resulted in another truck staying with it until the mother lion returned. There is a love of the land and it’s creatures that is comforting to experience. Katie was our guide on the boat, and she was also very, very informative about the birds, animals and reptiles on our journey. Highly recommend the entire experience.VerifiedSylviane D2019-11-08Belle promenade sur la rivière Nous avons pu voir de nombreux troupeaux d'éléphants et ce fut un grand moment. Le bateau est confortable et le guide agréable. Il nous a laissé contempler bien des scènes.Verifiedsuddsj2019-09-22Amazing Amazing day and we saw lots :) the driving was questionable at times, do they have a licence? They don’t seem to have much curtesy for one another just try push each other out the way to get the best spot or view. The meal was nice and catered well for vegetarian guests. Watch out for the monkeys as they are wild animals and will bite you. The drive and the boat is shaded so you don’t get burnt and cold beverages offered throughout. Toilets available on the boat tour and they stop in the bush to toilet by a tree. Staff seemed friendly enough and had some banter with them. We got a double entry visa at the Victoria falls airport which cost $70 multiple entry so we could go from the falls to Botswana and back in, no issues as immigration and was pretty quick. Ultima chicca, eravamo io e mia moglie da soli....fantasticoVerifiedljr22092019-08-26Average safari - good cruise, rushed game drive We were disappointed with this trip... We spent the vast majority of the day waiting around. No one took control or organised the day. Timekeeping was poor - until the end of the trip approached and then there was a massive rush to get us out of the park as quickly as possible. The morning boat trip was good. We saw lots of wonderful animals and the guide was helpful. Lunch was chaotic and no one really knew what was going on. The afternoon game drive was really disappointing. It was advertised as 3 hours but was more like 2. They rushed us in and out of the park and made no effort to find or look out for animals. We want to return to Chobe but will do our research next time...VerifiedHilary.c2019-08-193 day-2 night tour AMAZING My boyfriend and I did a 3 day-2 night tour with Chobezi Tours this past May in Chobe. Honestly, words cannot describe our experience, and I know it'd because of the dedication and commitment of their staff. We started off with a boat cruise with Kent, then spent that afternoon, all of Day 2, and the morning of Day 3 driving around in the bush, exploring. Our driver Culture was fantastic, he shared so much knowledge, we felt very safe and comfortable with him. He pointed out animals and plants of interest that we never would've noticed. We asked him a ton of questions, he was very engaging. We ended off with another boat cruise (this one private!) in the afternoon of day 3 with Thizah (I hope that's spelt right) Who was very relaxing, he took tons of photos of us with animals in the background! Basically like a private couple photography session. It was perfect. Our camps were comfortable, tents were warm surprising the cold outdoors at night. We stayed overnight at 2 different camps, which was nice. The food on the trip was simple yet great, all the staff were so helpful and they just wanted us to be comfortable the whole time. I wouldn't hesitate to book with them again, and would recommend them to ANYONE!
